How we work

Most of what makes a house good is invisible once you move in. Framing, flashing, drainage. The things that decide how it ages.

We keep the number of projects small, so the same team can follow each one from the first slab to the final coat.

    We join the architect early, while the plan can still change cheaply.

  2. Cost

    A full trade breakdown before contract. The number you sign is the number.

  3. Build

    One site manager, one crew, no rotating subcontractors.

  4. Hand over

    A clear record of materials, maintenance and the details that need checking.
